Jerry Payne is the new Director of the Recreation Center & Parks and has acted as the Recreation Sports Coordinator for Clay County since 2015. Jerry has been involved with rec. sports in Clay County as both board member and coach since 2001. Jerry is a graduate of Habersham Central and a native of Mt. Airy Ga. He is a member of NCHSAA coaches and National Alliance of Youth Sports. Jerry continues to be dedicated to providing and expanding opportunities for youth in Clay County.

Julie has been a personal trainer at the Clay County Recreation Center since 2018. Julie is a Clay County native and graduate of Hayesville High School. She is an ISSA certified trainer with a focus on core strength and mobility. Julie has reputable background in working with youth and senior citizens.
